As a non-life insurance customer of Gjensidige in Norway, you can help influence the distributions from Gjensidigestiftelsen and the management of ownership in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA.

Voting in the 2026 customer election is now closed
Among the customers who vote in the election, one person from each constituency will be selected to award NOK 50,000 to a local organization or association in their community.
How to vote
Cast your vote as a private individual
You log in with BankID if you are voting as a private individual.
Cast your vote on behalf of a business
If you are voting on behalf of a business, you must log in to the voting page using the organisation number and the postal code we have registered in our systems.
To be able to cast a vote on behalf of the business, you must:
- be the general manager,
- have access to the business’s page on gjensidige.no, or
- be the person the business has specifically authorised to cast a vote on its behalf.

Gjensidigestiftelsen
Gjensidigestiftelsen is Norway’s largest foundation and continues over 200 years of history in creating good lives in a safe society through ownership and distributions. The foundation owns more than 62 percent of the shares in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA and manages this ownership with a long-term perspective.
In addition, the foundation determines the payment of customer dividends to the company’s non-life insurance customers in Norway.
The foundation is also an important contributor to various charitable purposes, where voluntary organisations and associations can apply for funding for initiatives and projects that promote safety and health.
